Training Programmes
When providing someone with skills or knowledge, it is something they can keep with them forever and always use this to better and improve themselves.
The South African Early Childhood Review [2019] talks to the struggle for low-income families & their children & how research has shown that poorer children are most likely to receive poorer quality programmes & stimulation.
While the first two years of life represent an important window of opportunity for brain development, there is very little in place to support early learning for children under two years [South African Early Childhood Review 2019, p36].
